• Costumes: Red, yellow, orange, and/or gold coloured clothing. The assembly is Chinese themed. If girls could wear their hair in buns with chopsticks that would be great. (I have spare chopsticks if anybody needs them.) Boys will wear red, yellow, orange or gold coloured headbands. If you have one that's great and if not we can make paper/card headbands in school.
• We don't want people going out and spending loads of money on costumes. If you already have authentic Chinese clothing at home you can wear that and if not whatever you have will do.
